Job Title: Registered Manager – Enablement and Care
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Covering 5 sites (including Fern Lodge, Cypress Lodge, The Ridgeway, and Coggeshall)
About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Enablement and Care Service, which supports adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. This role involves leadership across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality, personalized care that meets the highest standards set by the Care Act 2014 and Care Quality Commission guidelines.
As the Registered Manager, you will lead a committed team to deliver empowering and person-centered care to residents. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and professional networks to ensure a supportive environment, fostering choice, dignity, and access to community resources.
Key Responsibilities

• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to Health and Social Care Act regulations and CQC standards across all sites.
• Leadership and Team Development: Oversee the Enablement and Care Teams, providing guidance, support, and training for continuous service improvement.
• Resident-Centered Care: Promote and protect residents' rights, interests, and well-being, ensuring privacy, dignity, and empowerment are central to care.
• Partnership Building: Develop collaborative relationships with family members, external agencies, and community resources.
• Financial and Resource Management: Manage budgets responsibly, maintaining efficiency and optimizing resource allocation.
• Risk and Safety Management: Ensure a safe environment, proactively handling risk management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar management role, ideally within learning disabilities or autism support.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CQC standards, the Mental Capacity Act (2005), and Do LS.
• Financial management experience and the ability to manage resources across multiple sites.
