Active Pathways are currently recruiting for a compassionate Night Nurse to join Brookhaven and The Hamptons in Bamber Bridge, close to Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

As a RMN or RNLD, you will be working within a 14-bedded Locked Rehabilitation Service. The Hamptons provides a step-down service for men who no longer require a secure or PICU environment and would benefit from a ‘Recovery Model’ approach.
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Mon, Tue, Wed
Week 2: Fri
Week 3: Wed, Sat, Sun
Week 4: Fri

Our ideal Night Nurse will have:

• Experience within a Mental Health or Rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of current legislations
• An active NMC registration
• An understanding of the importance of delivering a holistic approach to promoting recovery and independence

Desired experience:

• Ability to write care plans and complete risk assessments
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Experience and knowledge of working within Mental Health and Rehabilitation
• Medication trained
