The Belfast Trust is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to individuals with mental health issues, ensuring a supportive and therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality mental health care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with NHS standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in an NHS or Health Service Executive (HSE) setting.
• Must reside in either Northern Ireland or England.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
