The Restaurant Supervisor position is one of the key roles within Salumi. It has the
main responsibility for the Front of House team and restaurant itself outside of
the owners.
You will be expected to liaise regularly with the owners in order to complete your tasks with knowledge of the direction
the business is progressing.
You will have experience of management within a restaurant environment and
strong communication skills to enable you to manage a busy restaurant with a
strong ethos on good food and service.
Leadership and the ability motivate your team to will help us share our passion
for good food with our customers whilst delivering a great customer experience.
You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing staff. There is an
expectation of being able to work within reasonable financial guidelines.
£11.50 to £12.50 per hour plus tips depending of level of experience. Staff discount up to 50% off available on food & drink.
