About the role

As our Retail Activation Executive, you will:

• Execute Retail Activation Strategy: Implement product campaigns, NPD launches, and retail activities in line with Dyson's retail principles. Ensure compliance with Selective Distribution criteria.
  
• Manage Fixtures and Merchandising: Oversee fixtures rollout at in-store level, including POP assets and materials support. Maintain adherence to merchandising guidelines across Dyson POS locations.
  
• Localize and Execute Events: Organize and execute consumer events and retail weeks to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  
• Drive In-Store Customer Experience: Develop and implement plans to enhance customer experience in direct and indirect retail settings.
  
• Performance Measurement: Define and track KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI. Analyze sell-out data, promotional share, and display metrics to provide actionable insights.
  
• Market Monitoring and Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and identify potential threats from competitors. Support strategies to maintain Dyson's market leadership and growth.
  
• Collaboration and Support: Act as a liaison between field teams, store managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  
• Project Management: Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing retail activation and customer engagement.
  
• Budget Management: Manage budgets allocated for retail activation activities, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
  
• Adherence to Dyson Values: Uphold Dyson's corporate values and behaviours while executing duties and engaging with stakeholders.
  

About you

To succeed in the role, we expect you to have:

• At least two years of experience in retail, field marketing, or related roles.
  
• Ability to identify challenges and proactively propose solutions.
  
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  
• Assertive, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
  
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Proficiency in analyzing data to derive actionable insights.
  
• Ability to effectively present ideas, projects, and results.
  
• High level of accuracy in execution and adherence to guidelines.
  
• Strong organizational abilities to coordinate projects and manage resources effectively.
  

Fluent in English; additional languages may be beneficial depending on regional requirements.
