About your role
As a RMN, you will be working in a specialised rehabilitation service for women with mental health problems, complex needs and those who have been diagnosed with a Personality Disorder (PD). We can also work with young women transitioning from CAMHS and the team may consider facilitating a transition period to make the move as seamless as possible.
To be successful you need:

• PMVA Certificate- (3-day full course or 1 day refresher with verifiable history of a full course done within the last 3 years)
• Immunisation Reports
• ILS Practical Training

Role Responsibilities
The location provides a more relaxed local environment than a busy inner-city setting to enable patients to engage in their therapeutic programme, thus increasing the pace of recovery and speeding up discharge.
They are focussed on providing support to people with complex conditions, needs and risks who display behaviours of concern and pose challenges for services, including those with highly complex and severe challenging behaviour.

Ability to work fully flexibly, covering day, night and weekend shifts
