Waiting Staff - £14ph inclusive of Tronc

BANCONE is an exciting Pasta restaurant, meaning ‘bar’ or ‘counter’, is born out of our shared vision for affordable, Michelin quality pasta for everyone.
Our unique menu consists of a modern take on Italian food, tailored to the London’s market, and we’re very proud to be offering an elevated, friendly and personable service in a buzzy, informal setting in our venues.

We are currently looking for Waiting Staff to join our team at our venue in Golden Square (Soho). Some previous experience as a Waiting Team Member is required, but most importantly a true passion for food and for excellent guest service.

What we require:

• Some experience in a guest facing role
• Passion for food & drinks and delivering excellent customer service
• Eagerness to learn and develop
• Approachable nature, great communication skills, can-do attitude
• Being able to work as a team player as well as completing individual tasks
• Owning and taking responsibilities for own actions with an honest approach
• Complying with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
• Flexibility for shift patterns, with the ability to work daytime, evenings and weekends
