Position:Waiting Staff (Full Time and Part Time Positions Available)
Location: Posillipo Restaurant, 14 Albion Street, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 1LU
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our waiting staff at our Broadstairs branch. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing top-notch service and creating memorable dining experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking and serving food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Providing attentive and personalised service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and work stations
• Upholding company standards for quality and consistency in service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Minimum 2 Year)
• Fluent in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good understanding of food and drinks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the business needs
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and exceeding guest expectations

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time and part-time position with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
