Sales Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and management team.
- Assist in organizing events and managing logistics.
- Take meeting notes and ensure action points are followed up.
- Help run the office, supporting both remote and on-site staff.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Support the sales team by arranging meetings, managing CRM data, and keeping track of leads.
- Create presentations, documents, and Excel spreadsheets as needed.
- Occasionally join client meetings and deliver presentations about the company.
- Perform other duties or projects assigned by the management team.
Account Management:
- Serve as an additional point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining relationships.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess software usage, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with perfect written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Experience in customer service and sales support.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work 3-5 half days per week, with some in-office time (flexible work-from-home options available).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Sales administration: 2 years (preferred)
