Technical Recruiter - Part time

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter-Part time to join our team in the UKI region. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:
- Use various channels to source and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
Managing Recruitment Process:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
Employer Branding:
- Promote Target Integration as an employer of choice through social media, networking, and other recruitment marketing strategies.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
