Role: Sales Support Assistant
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

We are a busy fast-growing poultry manufacturing company that requires Sales Support Assistant to join the Sales team. We require someone who is reliable, hardworking, has excellent communications skills and good attention to detail.

Job purpose: To perform a wide variety of administrative duties to support the smooth running of the sales department.
Job Responsibilities:

• New account opening.
• Price List updates.
• Keep P2P catalogues updated.
• Keep SAP updated with information passed on by field sales.
• Update customer information on SAP at the direction of the telesales team.
• To ensure enquiries from customers are efficiently and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of both management and customers.
• Manage correspondence by responding to emails and via telephone in a polite and professional manner.
• Any admin task assigned by line manager.
• To carry out any other duty that is appropriate to the level of the post as may be assigned from time to time by your line manager.

Essential Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the similar role.
• Must be competent using Microsoft programs (Email, Word, Excel etc.) with the aptitude to learn new software & systems.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions clearly & concisely.
• Ability to prioritize workload.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Reliable, hard working and excellent attention to detail.
• Willing to learn.
