Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team for both event security and static guard positions. Successful candidates will work across a variety of locations, including concerts, festivals, corporate events, and permanent sites.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of clients, staff, and property.
• Monitor access points and conduct patrols.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and staff.
• Enforce health and safety policies, including crowd control and compliance with venue regulations.

Requirements:

• SIA Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in security, particularly event or static work, is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and night shifts.
• Physically fit, as some roles may require long periods of standing or walking.
