Job Description: Gibbons Security is seeking experienced and professional Security Officers with an NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety to join our team at Wembley Stadium. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of spectators, staff, and property during events.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a visible security presence at Wembley Stadium during events.
• Monitor crowd activity, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
• Carry out bag searches and ensure adherence to stadium entry protocols.
• Respond to any incidents or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with other security staff, stewards, and event organisers.
• Assist in the evacuation of the stadium if required.
• Follow all safety and security procedures in line with the NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety.
• Previous experience working in a stadium or event environment is desirable.
• A valid SIA licence (Door Supervisor).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays, depending on the event schedule.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
