Role
The areas we wish to find new operatives are to specifically cover the following areas and should be within easy reach from your location.
To cover NORTH LONDON areas (not exhaustive):
Southgate, Enfield, Wood Green, Walthamstow, Finchley, Hampstead, Islington, Stratford
We are looking for SELF-EMPLOYED individuals (or part of a team of self-employed individuals) with expertise in a variety of repairs and maintenance specialisms. MULTI-SKILLED preferably.
The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Attending client locations to carry out site visits. Taking pictures on site and providing a report of the required works.
• Carrying out works on site as agreed with management. Any changes necessary from the originally planned works need to be approved by management before the planned works are changed.
• Keeping management updated with pictures whilst carrying out work. Pictures of each stage of the works should be sent to management, as well as pictures of the finished works.
• Before leaving the completed site, allow management to call the client directly to confirm work are to a satisfactory standard.
• Any reasonable complaints of works completed must be re-visited and corrected.

Work Schedule

• Ad-hoc, ideally frequent.
• Weekend availability, where required

• Registered under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
• Driving Licence.
• Proof of Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
• Basic DBS Check Certificate.
• Asbestos Awareness certificate (preferable)
