Seeking Part Time Support Workers to help a young man live independently £13.50p/h

Come and join our friendly, fun and caring team of support workers. Working on a 2-1 basis, with a deputy manager available 24/7 to fully support you, you will find working for us not only rewarding but enjoyable!

We are committed to recruiting positive behaviour support workers to support a vibrant young man with a fantastic sense of humour in the Kirby Cross / Frinton (CO13) area. This young man has 24-hour support and loves:

home-cooked food (and looks forward to a Saturday morning cooked breakfast with his wonderful staff)
interacting with staff and having a giggle
watching his favourite shows on TV
enjoyable activities and days out with his staff

Supporting this young man can be lots of fun but can on occasions be a challenge, and he will need lots of support and encouragement to promote a good day.
Experience of trauma informed care would be advantageous as would positive behaviour support experience but full training will be provided.

A full UK driver's licence is essential for this role.
