Timeless Studios is Huddersfield’s original Luxury Piercing Studio. We are situated in a two storey building in the village of Milnsbridge.
Established in 2016 under Amy Jo Piercing, we stock world class designer brands of fine quality body jewellery such as BVLA, Anatometal, Industrial Strength, Junipurr, Buddha Jewelry, and more. Our Body Piercers specialise in 14ct and 18ct gold curated piercings and bridal jewellery services. In 2024 we expanded into the second floor of the building and with this came an exciting new rebrand! With the addition of three new members of the team, providing both Custom and Flash Tattoos, an in-house Nurse-Led Aesthetics Clinic, Permanent Jewellery, and Laser Tattoo Removal - Amy Jo Piercing grew quickly to become Timeless Studios as it’s known today.

We are a small and friendly team; we love to offer clients a truly personal, bespoke service and are particularly well known for our patient, caring, and kind bedside manners, so we are looking for applicants who are highly motivated, with a positive attitude, an understanding and open minded character, and having a good sense of humour always helps!

SPMU applicants must have 2+ Years Beauty experience and must be able to provide relevant training certificates.
You will be renting a private, spacious upstairs room with a set weekly rental rate, so you are open to manage your own hours and earn as much as you like. You will be required to share clinic room times with our Aesthetics Nurse, who works at Timeless on an ad-hoc basis outside of her job at hospital. This is completely open to negotiation to ensure that both you and our nurse injector are completely happy with this mutual arrangement. :)

First Aid, CPR, and BBP Cross Contamination certificates all strongly preferred but resources to gain / renew these can be provided. These must be completed / renewed before working on any clients.
Fully disposable artists strongly preferred, but ultrasonic and autoclave facilities are available if needed - please contact to discuss your needs.
Eco friendly hygiene supplies will be provided for you such as cups, paper towels, razors, disinfectant, cling film, ink caps etc. Just bring yourself, your diary, your machines / tools / inks, and a strong can-do attitude!
We will prioritise applicants who already have an established client base as we do need someone prepared to work at least three days a week, and we will of course actively promote you on our website and social media channels - so please ensure you are able to post regular engaging content that we can share!
DUTIES:
- Perform personal cosmetic services on clients, based on client preferences and requests. We do encourage you to use your best judgement as a professional, “Timeless” is about providing results that clients will continue to enjoy for months or years to come, so an aptitude for managing client expectations and knowing when to say “no” is crucial.
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the overall process.
- Maintain a clean and sterile work station, following (if not exceeding) all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tattooing / beauty techniques, trends, and equipment to continuously improve skills and offer high-quality services. You are very welcome to attend conventions and guest spots to help you with this!
- Collaborate with clients to create custom results, incorporating their ideas and preferences where applicable.
- Provide aftercare instructions to clients to ensure proper healing and maintenance of their treatments.
- Manage own appointment bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of tattooing sessions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ Years experience as a Semi Permanent Makeup Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and designs, preferably with both fresh and healed results to show.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to create unique and visually appealing results that will age well.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to relevant practices, including proper sterilization techniques and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently to meet client demands.
- Experience in front desk duties, such as managing appointments, answering phone calls, and handling payments is preferred.
