Senior Care Worker

We are currently looking for a senior carer to join our Holgate House (York) Service.

We are looking for a positive, compassionate and proactive individual to join our team at Holgate House who will put our clients’ needs and wellbeing at the core of what they do and willing to the extra mile for them.
Our ideal senior carer will:

Be able to engage with residents, families and continuously develop care plans
Be resilient, attentive and ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, while receiving the care they deserve
Be reliable, friendly and caring to ensure residents achieve their everyday goals (including personal care)
Be able to support with inhouse activities
Provide support that enables the service user to live as independently as possible
Support staff

We have Full-time hours available.
Previous experience as a support worker or care assistance would be beneficial.
