The role will have a specific focus on the creation of complex non-linear automated workflows using the Autologyx and Autologyx Catalyst application, integrating other technologies to provide solutions (together “the Platforms”) to GREAC.
You will work as part of an Operations team to deliver solutions ensuring all the systems are functioning as required, through the pro-active management of system maintenance and upgrades, licenses and license renewal, and the installation of new technology and incident response. • Supporting teams to establish governance frameworks for the successful management and oversight of automated workflow initiatives.
Collaboration
  • Engaging with IT, Operations, client service teams and external parties to deliver relevant technology initiatives.
  • Support the management of the relationship with GREAC’s workflow technology suppliers.
  • Participating in both internal and external technology forums.
Technical Support and Management
  • Supporting the COO to ensure that the Platforms remain operational and current, and that incidents, maintenance and updates are managed for continuity of service.
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to identify and implement enhancements to the Platforms.
  • Ensure that the Lockton technology and data Governance framework is followed for all new initiatives.
  • Maintaining oversight of moderate to severe incidents and seeing them through to completion.

Candidate Profile

  • Project management skills: knowledge of process mapping and modelling approaches and the ability to engage with external stakeholders and front-line teams in solution focused conversations regarding technology, innovation and project delivery.

  • Familiar with the use of popular API protocols including REST/ JSON and SOAP.
  • Proven technology experience in a professional services or related industry, broad understanding of the Insurance landscape.
  • Experience of working with operations, IT and front-line operations.

  • C#, HTML, Java Script and Python/Django.
  • Capable of articulating technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience delivering technical solutions to tight deadlines.
