Senior Leadership and Professional Development Facilitator (Open to candidates in the United Kingdom)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Engaging Training: Lead impactful instructor-led and virtual-led training sessions that captivate and inspire participants, leaving them motivated and equipped with practical skills.
- Utilize Diverse Content: Seamlessly blend our proprietary course content with client-specific materials to create a tailored learning experience that meets the unique needs of each client.
- Customize and Innovate: Use your creativity to modify and adapt course content during downtime, ensuring it remains relevant and engaging for diverse audiences.
- Facilitate Dynamic Workshops: Conduct interactive workshops that focus on leadership development, team building, communication, and other critical areas, fostering a collaborative and experiential learning environment.
- Evaluate and Support: Assess participant progress through thoughtful evaluations and provide constructive feedback to help them grow and succeed.
- Collaborate and Improve: Work closely with the content development team to continuously enhance and update training materials, incorporating the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Stay Adaptable: Maintain a high level of professionalism and flexibility in diverse and dynamic training environments, adjusting your approach to suit different audiences and learning styles.
- Travel and Engage: Travel to client sites as required to deliver in-person training sessions, building strong relationships and ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership development. Minimum of 3 years formal training delivery experience both ILT and v ILT.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering high-quality training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills that can captivate and engage diverse audiences.
- Customization Ability: Demonstrated ability to customize and adapt course content to meet client needs and enhance the learning experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and create a positive learning environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with virtual training platforms and tools, ensuring seamless delivery of virtual training sessions.
- Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel as required to deliver in-person training sessions.
- Global Experience: Experience working with global clients and multicultural teams.
- Instructional Design Knowledge: Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Certification: Certification in leadership development or training, such as:
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Situational Leadership® II (SLII)
- Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Certification
- DISC Behavioral Analysis Certification
- Certified Master Trainer (CMT)
- Kirkpatrick Certification
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification
- Project Management: Strong project management skills to handle multiple training projects and client needs efficiently.
