In this role you will be accountable for:
- Providing guidance and executing an effective global sourcing strategy
- Managing the diverse sourcing channels used and taking ownership of the assigned division's talent pool, with regular interactions with both active and passive candidates
- Sourcing suitable candidates through various channels, including platforms like Linked In, individually, and through targeted campaigns.
- Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate profiles
- Developing and implementing initiatives for candidate engagement, such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, and sourcing strategies
- Creating proactive talent pipelines and establishing pools of pre-qualified candidates
- Maintaining communication with candidates in the existing talent pool to gather and capture up-to-date market intelligence.
- Engaging candidates in meaningful and well-informed conversations about potential opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2–5 years of experience as Researcher /Resourcer, with a preference for experience beyond the Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA ) region
- Proven insight in recruiting within engineering fields
- A track record of handling high-volume recruitment.
- Established proficiency in professional networking and leveraging platforms like Linked In and other social media for candidate identification
- Experience in a dynamic and evolving, high-performance, and client-centric environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
- Strong proficiency in various sourcing methodologies.
- Familiarity with ATS's
- A friendly, proactive, and self-motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are essential for success in this role
