We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Audit Manager – Client Asset Safety to join our Internal Audit team. This role is located in Manchester, United Kingdom. - HYBRID

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Manage the client asset safety audit team, providing client asset safety specific direction and support for the team and the wider function.
Act as the central point of contact for asset safety relevant stakeholders, including any escalations.
Manage the team day-to-day, ensuring appropriate resources and knowledge.
Create and execute the client asset safety audit plan, ensuring the annual plan creation process is appropriately followed.
Take on the role of CASS/CAP/GAS Responsible for the function, supporting the Accountable individual.
Manage any external audit queries and requests.
Manage the delivery of client asset safety training for the department.
Represent Internal Audit in client asset safety related projects and committees.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Experience in audit related roles or similar.
In-depth understanding of client asset safety regulatory requirements, specifically the UK FCA CASS Rules.
Knowledge of the financial services industry and its regulations and laws.
Detailed understanding of custody related products and services.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience of managing a team.
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
