We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join our Service team as a Service Advisor. The role involves guiding the customer throughout their aftersales journey, from booking in their vehicle to liaising with them until their vehicle is ready to collect. Our Service Advisors work alongside our busy workshop team who carry out vehicle services, MOTs and repairs on all makes of vehicles, to ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service throughout.
The ideal candidate will be motivated with excellent interpersonal skills as communicating with customers both in person and on the telephone is a significant part of the role.

The suitable candidate will ideally have customer service experience and will need to be confident in dealing with customers, as well as adaptable to working both as part of a team and as an individual in a fast-paced environment.

Key Job Areas of the Service Advisor role:

• Agree the details of the work to be carried out with the customer.
• Build rapport and qualifies the customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with the workshop to deliver agreed jobs set.
• Update the customer throughout the process, and ensures customer satisfaction on completion.
• Work as a full member of the dealership team.
