Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Great attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing personalized assistance
• Receive and verify the quality and quantity of new shipments
• Assist customers by addressing their inquiries, verifying stock availability, and processing their purchases
• Handle customer complaints, product returns, and other in-store issues professionally
• Ensure the sales floor is organized and tidy at all times
• Maintain store conditions to create an inviting shopping experience
• Clean the store to uphold a high standard of hygiene and presentation

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £6.50-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
