Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Shopping Centre Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our Shopping Centre. You will be joining our Facilities Management Team based retail site in the Carlisle City Centre
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for the centre . We are offering a Permanent Role 28 hours per week – working 4 days per week on a straight shift, the earliest start would be 7am, latest finish would be around 9pm- 11pm Monday to Sunday with the option of overtime to cover holidays and sickness

Key responsibilities will include:

• You must be flexible and able to work on a rota basis and can include weekend shifts
• Provide a cleaning service that is professional and to the highest standards at all times this includes: mopping and vacuuming floors; wiping down buildings and equipment; cleaning toilets and washrooms; and other duties appropriate to the role
• Use cleaning materials in accordance with company health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Ensure all equipment is kept clean, well-maintained and in safe working order.
• To build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

Key requirements:

• You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety legislation is desired
• Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
• Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
• Good timekeeping and attendance are both essential.
