Ramen Sous Chef - New Restaurant Opening
Salary: up to £15.40 per hour
We have a simple mission at Tonkotsu, to serve real ramen with heart and soul in every bowl! We want people to leave our restaurants happier than when they arrive, with satisfied hunger and warmth from the hospitality they’ve received. We began serving ramen in 2012 in Soho. We have few more restaurants now but are still committed to provide excellent ramen with our homemade noodles and served by the best people we can find!

Omotenashi is The Japanese Art of Hospitality, it is service without being servile, we anticipate our customer needs, it is service form the bottom of the heart.
As a Ramen Sous Chef you will be the person who manages the day-to-day operations of the kitchen alongside the Head Ramen Chef. You will support the Head Ramen Chef in assisting the General Manager in all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that all customers have the best possible experience, that team morale is high and that the Tonkotsu standards and values alongside commercial success are achieved.

Pay: Up to £15.40 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 48 per week
