We have a high end Japanese restaurant focusing on Ramen and Izakaya.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our small team to support the Head Chef and deliver excellent quality production and dishes. This position is suitable for someone who has experience with Asian cuisine and specifically Ramen. Someone who can take ownership of the role and is committed to growing the business in line with personal aspirations.
THE ROLE

• Preparing, making, and assembling a cutting edge menu
• Ensuring the kitchen exceeds all Health and Safety standards
• Ensure that the kitchen equipment is in good conditions and meets all requirements
• Assisting the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen and taking charge in their absence
