Purpose Statement: Spotless Water is a disruptive water technology company and is looking for a keen, organised person to control stock for assembly and maintenance operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of a dynamic organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking in and tracking stock for build, installation and maintenance functions.
The role will be based in Frimley (Surrey).
Areas of Responsibility
Stock Control:

• Booking in stock

• Shelf packing stock (by hand and forklift)

• Distribution of stock to remote engineers

• Picking stock for build engineers

• Stock checking

• Returned stock management

• Packing and Shipping

Assembly Control:

• Ensuring Assemblies are completed on the stock system

• Ensuring Bill of Materials are accurate

• Serial number tracking

• Liaising with purchasing, assembly and maintenance teams

Other Functions

• Warehouse health and safety

• Ensuring the warehouse is kept in good order

• Helping assembly teams, as and when required

Your Skills and Experience:
· Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Tidy with good attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Stock control experience
· Trustworthy
(Ideal, but not essential as training given)
· Forklift experience
· Health and safety experience
