We are hiring a Supervisor for our 3hree Kings Coffee Company store, and full time positions are available.
Shifts will be a combination of weekday and weekend so flexibility is essential.
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but full training is provided.
You will be working in a fast paced environment with a fun and lively team.
The role will include:
· Effective leadership over a team of staff
· Carrying out all duties of counter staff
· Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking
· Take responsibility of store when manager is not on shift
· Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
· Maintaining high standard of training staff
· Maintaining high standard of customer service
· Opening/closing of store
· Manage stock and place orders
Successful applicants must:
· Have previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality
· Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff
· Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
· Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard
· Maintain brand standards at all times
· Be open to growth within the company
· Have a willingness to learn
· Right to work in the UK
