What will you do?
The Supply Chain Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the reporting processes related to Warehousing & Logistics. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making within the ISBU Warehouse & Logistics team of the Supply Chain Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and reporting tools, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Ely office, CB6 3NX.
Responsibilities
· · Data Reporting: Regularly generate and maintain detailed reports on Warehouse & Logistics areas covering Inventory, Freight and Order Lead Time.
· Data Analysis and Management: Analyze and renew inventory data of the Warehouse and Logistics processes to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in inventory management processes.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work both internally and external with warehouse teams Freight forwarders, Supply Chain Planners, Finance and other affiliated departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
· System Management: Utilize and maintain data in ERP systems to enable tracking and reporting on relevant Warehouse & Logistics processes.
· Process Improvement: Based on your data analysis, identify opportunities for process optimization Warehouse & Logistics processes; present and discuss with the department to investigate opportunities to coordinate the implementation of the improvements.
· Compliance: Ensure that all reporting complies with company policies and industry regulations. Perform where needed an audit to ensure processes are compliant.
· KPI Monitoring and Creation: Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Warehouse and Logistics external warehouse inventory and report findings to management and discuss and track required changes with stakeholders involved.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, data analysis, and reporting tools, this with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. We’re looking for someone with a background in logistics or supply chain management, that has great communication skills and experience in an international trade environment. As you will be in touch with many different cultures, familiarity with or an open mindset towards these cultures is a valuable asset.
Asked attributes, skills and abilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
· At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain
· A familiarity with different cultures
· Experience with working in a multi-national trading environment
· Strong analytical skills
· Monitor of Progress
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Exceptional Communication

This also means that when the ERP project is finished, the assignment would end as well.
