Time to Care Specialist Support Services Limited

Time to Care is recruiting for staff in South Shields, Tyne on Wear. To support service user's to live independently in their own home and give them the opportunity to live their best life in a safe environment in the community.
This role will involve enabling, developing social skills and daily living support.
This is a 24/hr a day package consisting of an 8hr sleep in. This may be able to be split into 2 x 12hr shifts if required.
We currently offer a recruitment bonus of £400 to any member of staff who introduces us to a successful candidate.
Candidates should be keen to work with clients with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health. Whilst experience is an advantage, we are always happy to take on staff who are enthusiastic regardless of experience. Full training will be given to ensure that everyone is well equipped to be successful in their role. Shadowing is an intrinsic part of our training programme and new staff are given ample opportunity to learn from their peers.
We offer a full induction programme at the commencement of employment which is carried out at our offices in Alnwick as well as on site.
Successful candidates will form part of a dedicated staff team working in this service, although there may be opportunities to learn by working in other parts of the organisation.
