Hours: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00 - 40 hours) - flexibility required
Location: Please note that you will be required to work onsite at our Hub at London Heathrow Airport

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent for our organisation. Your responsibilities will include reviewing applications, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet our talent needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the talent acquisition process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring exceptional candidates. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Talent Acquisition for our site at London Heathrow, including both permanent and temporary positions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of job adverts both internal and external and advertise positions internally on TAELO and externally where appropriate.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified individuals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to assess candidate skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (TALEO).
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Work in partnership with the wider Talent team to ensure appropriate support is provided at all sites.
  • Manage job offers for successful applicants as per local process for internal and external positions.
  • Ensure compliance to local process, policies, procedures and legislation (e.g., GDPR).
  • All employees are responsible for the health and safety of themselves and also those affected by their activities.
Onboarding:
  • Ensure onboarding details confirmed with relevant department/Hiring Manager
  • Send onboarding surveys to relevant applicants and collate results
  • Arrange induction for any new starters, coordinating with Hiring Manager, L&D & HR Admin teams.
Reporting:
  • Collate and distribute results of feedback surveys
  • Provide monthly reports /statistics on all recruitment activity as requested by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Analyse results of reports and suggest key action plans to recitfy any areas of concern
You’ll bring to this role:
  • HR or Recruitment qualification e.g., CIPD – Desirable
  • Driving Licence - Essential as travel will be required
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor or similar role
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • A safety first attitude. You must conduct yourself in an orderly manner within the workplace, ensuring that correct uniform and PPE is worn when required.
