Talent Acquisition Advisor - 12 month Fixed Term

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic and international team to manage recruitment projects for a variety of sectors across the UK and Europe.
Your main responsibility will be to deliver recruitment services to these sectors, whilst adopting an agile approach to support other markets when required.
To succeed in this role, you will be service minded and passionate about people. You will ideally have prior experience delivering recruitment services to the Buildings and Architecture sector, for complex global organisations.

Your new role
As our new Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will join a team of passionate colleagues from the UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway & Germany, who are all looking forward to welcoming you.
You will play a critical role to define and deliver creative recruiting strategies for complex roles that span across multiple geographies within Ramboll.
You will be expected to act as trusted advisor for our business by building and nurturing close relationships with hiring managers, driving the recruitment process from start to finish – including hands-on recruitment activities and finding the best ways to attract top talent. You will be involved in global recruitment projects and as a member of our global recruitment community, take an active part in developing processes and tools that ensure we constantly improve our way of delivering high-quality recruitment services that provide a unique candidate experience.

These include:
- Previous experience delivering recruitment services within engineering, or from a recruitment agency
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Additional language skills such as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and/or Finnish is desirable
- Knowledge of Social Media, Recruitment Tools & Systems including Linked In
- Used to delivering results against SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple job openings under tight timelines
