Role overview
The Talent Accquisition and HR Co-ordinator is a key role in the HR team to support the Talent Acquisition function and wider HR team as it grows globally.
The role will be to support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Partner with all recruitment activities. The role will also support some generalist HR responsibilities which will include: onboarding, referencing, contract preparation and additional ad hoc requests.
The role will have a global remit working with EMEA, APAC & North America for both Time Out Media and Time Out Markets.
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, attracting, and helping to hire the best talent in the industry for various positions across the Time Out Group.
Key Responsibilities

Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate direct sourcing methods.

Create, post and monitor jobs through our applicant tracking system

Partner with key stakeholders on junior level roles, being the key contact for the roles across role briefings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Act as a key point of contact for candidates, managing communications with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.

Supporting on all work experience programmes across the UK business

In partnership with our internal comms team, ensure all job descriptions, careers site content and HR templates are kept up to date.

Monitor applications received to make sure that all candidates are processed correctly and receive feedback and an all round great employee experience.

Work with global HR to create a top-class onboarding process for all our new starters.

Support with the HRIS ensuring the people data is up to date, alongside our HR Portal and organisation charts.

Research global job boards for our areas of business and post our live vacancies on the relevant sites.

Responsibility of the recruitment and onboarding tracker, ensuring all data is up to date and being responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports.

Use our ATS to develop and distribute creative CRM campaigns to our database of candidates.

Monitor referrals in the business and support with the development of a referral campaign.

Assist the Head of Talent on Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, social hiring, careers site content and much more
Skills & Experience
-
At least 1 years’ experience in an in house recruitment/HR role
-
Experience using Linked In recruiter to source candidates effectively
-
Experience with G suite and an Applicant Tracking System is beneficial
-
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
-
Proven cost saving data based on direct sourcing
-
A positive and enthusiastic attitude, and are eager to learn

Proven experience of building relationships and trust with stakeholders.
