We’re looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our supportive team at Feversham Primary Academy, in Bradford, on a fixed term basis.
You’re someone who’ll be able to:

• Improve the learning and attainment of students while also promoting their independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.
• Support students so that they can; access the curriculum, participate in learning and experience a sense of achievement.
• Be flexible to work across all phases of the school including early years.

You’re someone who has:

• Motivation and enthusiasm
• Understanding of pupil’s learning needs, including specific SEND needs, in order to support their access to lesson content.
• The skills to help students to develop independent learning skills.
• Ability to deliver individual and small group targeted interventions.
