To seek out and develop new customers, projects and contracts within the Water & Gas industry.

Implement segment strategies, perform strategic activities & support and guide the local sales team

Promote prompt and accurate solutions to customer enquiries.

Gain user acceptance with the GF Utilities product range

Achieve yearly UT Segment sales growth targets and monitor business development activities

Willingness to be trained to the required level of Segment Mastery

Develop Fabrication offering in line with GIS / BSI.

Highlight product gaps and future development opportunities within the Water & Gas sector

Significant experience in the Utilities Water & Gas industry (perfect mix would be sales and project engineering)

Business development experience advantageous

Strong relationship management

Ability to provide market insight, assess and make business decisions for growth.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Customer focus

Computer Literate – effective user of MS Office applications.

Experience in Tender submissions. Good standard of education with a working knowledge of engineering and technical terms, product types and tolerances.

Full understanding of the Company objectives.

Knowledge of competitors, their weaknesses and strengths

Commercial awareness
