Technician


We are currently looking for a Technician to be based in London on a full-time basis, reporting into the Chief Executive Officer (London -RIBL).


You will service client and underwriters accounts in line with company procedure.


Responsibilities:

• Process premium accounting bordereaux / enter onto the Company in house System.
• Prepare Premium Endorsements for agreement and closing to Xchanging, via Platform.
• Liaise with Clients to ensure prompt payment of premiums.
• Payment reconciliations including premiums and claims.
• Analysis and Processing of Excel Spreadsheets
• Use of Company in house System to create policy entries.
• Some Treaty Processing
• Assist with ensuring monthly brokerage targets are met.
• Prepare renewal statistics
• Prepare Evidences of Cover.
• Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.
