Job purpose:
Claims Finance
To manage client monies and to produce monthly reconciliations using Excel. Investigate and resolve queries.
Duties and responsibilities:

• Excel Reconciliations
• Reconcile Client Accounts
• Investigate and resolve queries
• Migrate reconciliations to a new format
• Payment Processing
• Online Banking and Cheques
• Credit Control
• Liaise with clients to ensure sufficient funding
• Manage and resolve aged debt
• Reporting
• Provide cover for the reporting processes where required
• Change Management
• Assist with assessing and monitoring a system migration
• Ensure Client requirements are met through all stages of migration
• Understand client reporting requirements in detail

· Inter-departmental Relationships
o Develop a strong working relationship with the Operations Department and work together to improve our processes.
