We are looking for TEMPORARY Retail staff to help at the Winchester Cathedral Christmas Market! We would like to meet people who can support with daily running of the stall between 20th November - 22nd December 2024. The ideal candidate would have flexibility with their availability and can pick up additional hours for the dates stated. This role will be outside and is a temporary role.
Responsibilities includes:

• Drive sales and maintain customer focus
• Provide a friendly and welcoming environment
• Communicate customer and product feedback
• Responsible for opening/closing procedures of the stall
• Ensure Asset Protection compliance in day to day operations and practices
• Assist with daily stock maintenance, stock receiving and processing
• Support with pack down and set of of the stall

• Previous retail or hospitality experience beneficial

• Physical demands:
• Hours/Days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business
• This role will be outside
• Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx. 10 kg
• Must be able to pack, unpack, and more stock when supporting in receiving / stocks store functions.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
