Job Role Overview:
We are seeking confident, performative, and enthusiastic Tik Tok Live Coach/ Fashion Sales Presenter to engage with our fashion community. As a host, you’ll demonstrate and present our products during live shopping sessions while building brand loyalty across social platforms. This role blends the excitement of live presentations, the creativity of content creation, and the strategy behind social media sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Host interactive and engaging live streaming sessions on Tik Tok, showcasing our fashion collections and product offerings.
• Demonstrate product features and styling tips while responding to live audience questions.
• Maintain a high-energy, engaging presence throughout each live session to captivate and retain viewers.
• Monitor and respond to audience comments and feedback in real-time to create a positive and interactive experience.
• Develop creative, visually appealing content for Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars in alignment with marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce compelling visual content, including videos, photos, and graphics that elevate our brand story.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends and viral content to ensure the brand remains relevant and engaging.
• Engage with followers across social channels, providing excellent customer service and answering inquiries.
• Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate documentation before packing for dispatch.
• Manage live session logistics, ensuring the set is fully stocked, packaging is prepared, and live comments and billboards are moderated.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tiktok Fashion Sales Presenter, with a strong presence in the fashion and clothing industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in live presenting, content creation, and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a creative mindset and a strong eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with photography, videography, and graphic design is an advantage.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and e-commerce platforms.

Location: Photography Studio Hub, 3 Buckingham St, Hockley, Birmingham B19 3JB
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Sift Time: 3:00 PM to 11:00PM
