*Overview*
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in travel and hospitality, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service while assisting clients in planning their perfect trips. This role involves creating tailored travel itineraries, booking accommodations, and ensuring that all travel arrangements meet the clients' needs and preferences.
*Duties*
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests.
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services using various booking systems.
- Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, restrictions, and safety protocols.
- Handle any changes or cancellations in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain relationships with hotels and hospitality providers to secure the best options for clients.
- Assist clients with any issues that may arise during their travels, providing support as needed.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a travel agency or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and itinerary management.
- A passion for travel and knowledge of various destinations worldwide.

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
