Venue Concierge Security Officer - Southampton
Southampton
CONTRACT
October 10, 2024
Are you an Event Security Officer based around the Southampton area?
Perfect - keep reading! Code 9 Security is seeking Venue Concierge Security Officers to join our incredible team. If you're ready to deliver excellent customer service, keep people safe and contribute to awesome events, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
As a Venue Concierge Security Officer, you'll be the face of our company, providing outstanding customer service. From warmly greeting guests to responding to emergencies, your role will be essential in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Don't worry if you lack previous experience - we'll provide comprehensive training and support.
We understand the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Our shifts are designed to accommodate your other responsibilities, and we believe in creating an enjoyable work environment. With the chance to work with fantastic clients, you'll find excitement in every assignment.
As each event differs in terms of timing and requirements, our scheduling software provides complete visibility, keeping you informed about the location, event type, and responsibilities but most will be weekend events.
Pay & Benefits
In recognition of your hard work, we offer a very competitive pay rate of between £13.50 - £16.00 per hour (depending on the role and nature of the event). We pay on the 28th of each month but have partnered with Wagestream, as we appreciate that life doesn’t always wait around for payday. Wagestream gives you early access to some pay for hours worked before the end of the month or in increments - rather than in a lump - to spread the load.
You'll also receive a suitable uniform and on-site training, along with the opportunity to participate in additional online training to enhance your skills.
At Code 9 Security you’ll enjoy benefits including generous pensions, health and wellbeing perks, training and professional development, amongst others.
