Rowe Vets has a full-time vacancy for a Veterinary Care Assistant within the team at their Bradley Stoke Hospital site.
Duties include
- Unpacking orders
- Checking expiration dates
- Cleaning of the building including laundry
- Assisting the nursing team with handling patients
- Providing reception cover from time to time. Driving ambulance (ad hoc)

More about you
We are seeking a professional and caring team player, with strong communication, time management and interpersonal skills, good numeracy and literacy, proficiency in MS Office, and experience in working with or handling animals. A full, clean driving licence is essential as the successful candidate will need to be able to drive the company van between our practices and to clients when required.
Shift Pattern/Working hours
The shift pattern entails working an average of 40 hours per week to include weekends and some Bank Holidays you will work 11 am-8 PM Monday to Friday and 9-6 on a Saturday and Sunday for which you will receive the following Monday and Tuesday off as TOIL.
