• Warmly welcome our clients and their pets with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist with inquiries through phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring prompt and helpful responses.
• Provide expert advice on our range of preventative healthcare products, tailored to keep our clients pets healthy and happy.
• Handle payments, manage cashing up, and efficiently carry out all general administrative and reception duties.

• Wednesday – 6 hrs 1pm-7pm
• Thursday – 6 hrs 1pm-7pm
• Friday – 6 hrs 1pm-7pm
• Saturday – 4 hrs 9am-1pm (every other)

• flexibility for helping with holiday cover in the team as required.
• 2 Bank Holiday shifts per year (enhanced pay plus TOIL)
• Participation in back up rota of 3-4 weekend days (either Sat or Sun) per year at our Bradley Stoke Hospital
