Working style – Office based + Varying shifts – (Monday – Sunday)

What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our applicants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service, guiding applicants through application process.
  • Managing applications in accordance with established procedures.
  • Following an established and defined filing and administration process, guided by a computer-based system
  • Welcoming applicants, assisting with application completion, biometric data collection, and documentation.
  • Engaging with applicants to deliver outstanding service and support.
  • Maintaining accurate records and following administrative processes diligently.
  • Ensuring professionalism and a friendly demeanour at all times.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Administrative proficiency with computer systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-motivation and reliability, with excellent time management skills.
