GRASS Cliftonville CIC, a not-for-profit social enterprise, is seeking enthusiastic Volunteer Fundraiser Ambassadors to join our team at The Oval Bandstand and Lawns. We have exciting plans to transform this space into a thriving hub for community events, health and wellbeing and environmental projects, and we need your help to make it happen!
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and leading fun and creative fundraising events raising fund for Margate first outdoor gym and other exciting projects
- Engage with local businesses and community members to secure sponsorships and donations
- Develop and promote digital fundraising campaigns through social media and local networks to increase support and awareness.
- Act as an ambassador for GRASS Cliftonville CIC, helping to build positive relationships and raise awareness of our mission and the exciting developments happening at The Oval Bandstand.

Training and Support
As a Fundraising Ambassador, you’ll receive:

• A comprehensive induction and training for the role, including how to fundraise safely.
• Fundraising materials to help support your fundraising in your community
• Resources to support you in your role e.g. presentations.
• The opportunity to gain and develop skills and to meet other volunteers

Expenses
GRASS Cliftonville CIC is committed to ensuring that no volunteer is out of pocket because of expenses incurred whilst carrying out their role. Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred during your volunteering in accordance with the GRASS Cliftonville CIC Volunteer Expenses Policy.
As a Volunteer Fundraiser Ambassador, you’ll enjoy free tickets to a variety of our exciting events, including outdoor cinema screenings, theatre performances, and live music festivals. You’ll also receive discounts on food and beverages at our events and venues.
