About the Role:
Sael, a new fine dining restaurant opening in the heart of St. James's, London, is seeking talented Waiters/Waitresses to join our dedicated team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our discerning guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Waiter/Waitress in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant
- Assist in supervising the back-of-house team and maintain effective communication between front and back of house
- Organize and prepare the dining room for each service, ensuring the restaurant's high presentation standards are upheld
- Adhere to all service procedures, food safety regulations, and brand guidelines to maintain the restaurant's impeccable reputation
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu, wine list, and other offerings to provide guests with informed recommendations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a similar high-end, fine dining restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests in a warm and professional manner
- Genuine passion for the food and beverage industry, with a keen interest in culinary trends and service best practices
- Strong team-player mentality, with the flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities
