Wealth Income Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Reconciling provider payments to bank statements and Curo, ensuring it is kept up to date and accurate whilst meeting reporting requirements.
- Identifying and investigating any errors and anomalies within our system and liaise with providers and planners to ensure any debts are chased and reconciled.
- Keeping up to date with relevant FCA requirements regarding Compliance, Governance, and Data Protection.
- Assisting and leading where required on the novation of clients from acquisitions onto Progeny systems.
- Producing and managing the process for ad-hoc invoices for clients and providers and providing monthly fee statements to advisors.
- Educated to a high level, including GCSE or above in Maths (essential)
- Previous knowledge of income reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous accounts or financial reporting experience (desirable)
- Knowledge of working with Curo, Sage, and Microsoft 365 (desirable)
- Strong numerate and analytical skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
