Job Description
With minimal supervision, the Consultant I provides quality service through communication with brokers, sales staff, Enrollment Operations employees, and other internal customers to assist them in producing and conserving business for the company.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for escalations surfaced from the Enrollment Counselors.

Assign outbound calls and monitor calls in real time to ensure timelines are being met.

Review calls and provide summaries to key stakeholders as part of escalations and quarterly reviews.

Surface trends in escalations or feedback to the Call Center Director.

Pull and analyze daily and weekly phone stats.
-
Create and maintain account and process documentation.
-
Monitor and manage contract/temp employees to ensure adherence to scheduled shifts and monitor workload.
-
Skill enrollment counselors in CMS Telephony System and adjust skills based upon incoming demand.

Collect and submit weekly payroll for contract enrollers.

Act as liaison between the Enrollment Counselor staff and other home office departments.

Education
- 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is $52,260.00 - 92,790.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
