Job Description
With minimal supervision, the Consultant I provides quality service through communication with brokers, sales staff, Enrollment Operations employees, and other internal customers to assist them in producing and conserving business for the company.
Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for escalations surfaced from the Enrollment Counselors.
  
• Assign outbound calls and monitor calls in real time to ensure timelines are being met.
  
• Review calls and provide summaries to key stakeholders as part of escalations and quarterly reviews.
  
• Surface trends in escalations or feedback to the Call Center Director.
  
• Pull and analyze daily and weekly phone stats.
  
• Create and maintain account and process documentation.
  
• Monitor and manage contract/temp employees to ensure adherence to scheduled shifts and monitor workload.
  
• Skill enrollment counselors in CMS Telephony System and adjust skills based upon incoming demand.
  

• Collect and submit weekly payroll for contract enrollers.
  
• Act as liaison between the Enrollment Counselor staff and other home office departments.

Compensation offered for this role is $52,260.00 - 92,790.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
