Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for an Advisor, Technical Service in Suwanee, GA.
Hours are: 9:00AM- 6:00PM
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing technical support to contractors who are specifying, installing, operating, or repairing Mitsubishi HVAC product. Communicates with Service Managers and Supervisor as necessary to solve complex problems.
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

Solving common, uncommon, and/or complex technical problems associated with HVAC equipment.
Provides technical support via telephone and email to a large volume of customers.
Provides technical information to a network of Diamond Service Group members via phone, email, and the DSG forum.
Reads and understands wiring schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams to convey information to customers.
Understands and relays the basic concepts and principles such as AC/DC theory, inductance, and digital communications.
Provide support for Mitsubishi field personal such as Business Unit Service Managers, Area Service Managers, and Sales personal as needed.
Maintains currency of technical literature.
Provide support for the Customer Care Center.
Assist in rework of product, when necessary, which includes factory software rewriting on all equipment.
Become familiar with basic accessories of M and P series equipment.
Develop knowledge of internal METUS programs, such as DSG program, DET program, and DC program.
Successfully complete 90-day TSA assessment test
Test all new service-related tools.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
Willing to travel up to 5% to for various Company meetings and trainings

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum two (2) years HVAC graduate Technical College (Preferred).
Minimum Three (2) years field experience.
NATE Certified (Preferable).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, power point, word, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (Email).
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, (Spanish or any bilingual ability a plus).

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $25.00 and $34.38 per hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards . Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.
