The T-Ads Sales Planning team works across many facets of our internal organization to develop and implement process and systems as well as craft proposals in response to client requests. The Associate Sales Planning Manager is responsible for the creation of proposals for smaller clients/projects. This includes thoughtful recommendations based on knowledge of the offering, best practices and alignment with client needs. They are also tasked with supporting Sales Planning Managers by developing inputs into larger projects, owning the creation and approach to completing the end output.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge base to answer questions from other internal stakeholders regarding product functionality, processes, and systems
- Collaborate with sales team to build recommendations for how to set up campaigns/systems to best meet internal and client needs, e.g. proposals, spec docs, ad hoc projects etc.
- Drive projects to support best practices across team around offerings, outreach, and systems
- Set up and pricing guidance across products in partnership with operations team and partners
- Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Advertising (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- Less than 2 years Sales Planning, digital agency, online advertising, or sales operations
- Less than 2 years Advertising tech exposure, e.g. Google Ad Manager, Media Math, Salesforce, Share Point and Excel
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strategic Minded/Problem Solving: Capable of analyzing results and providing strategic plan to drive project forward (Preferred)
- Communication skills: Must be an effective written and verbal communicator to work cross functionally with internal and external teams (Preferred)
- Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environement (Required)
- Detail Oriented "Do-er": Pays attention to small things and can be counted on to deliver (Required)
- Industry Knowledge: Detailed knowledge of the advertising industry, specifically the digital and programmatic space including digital media meterics and campaign KPIs (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Base Pay Range: $46,700 - $84,300
Corporate Bonus Target: 5%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
